Caitlyn Jenner’s brief cameo on the October 22 episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians took an awkward turn when a censored profanity about an egg sandwich left her daughter Kendall visibly unsettled and unable to finish her meal.
The segment showed the 76‑year‑old former Olympian joining Kendall, now 30, as she waited for her horses to arrive at a newly acquired property. The lunch also featured Scott Disick, who later described the scene as “hilarious.”
Caitlyn’s unexpected comment
According to Complex, Caitlyn praised the sandwich as “very good‑looking,” took a bite, and then exclaimed that the yolk “bleeped” in her mouth, a word that was bleeped in the broadcast. Kendall’s reaction was immediate: she stared at the camera, exclaimed “Dad, oh my God,” and later declared, “I can’t eat it anymore!”
Despite the uncomfortable exchange, Kendall later called the visit “great,” noting that having her father present for the horses’ arrival mattered more than the sandwich mishap. She also acknowledged that she and Caitlyn sometimes have “completely different views,” but she still wants him included in family gatherings.
Family dynamics on set
The episode marks Caitlyn’s first appearance on The Kardashians since a farewell dinner in October 2025, which was her debut on the series after its 2022 launch. The earlier outing featured her ex‑wife Kris Jenner hosting the family at their Hidden Hills home.
Scott Disick, who was present for the lunch, joked that he once got in trouble for similar comments and suggested Caitlyn might need a shower after the “messy meal.” His light‑hearted take contrasted with Kendall’s discomfort.
Impact on Kendall’s lunch
Overall, the moment highlighted the blend of humor and tension that often characterizes the Jenner‑Kardashian family dynamic on screen, underscoring how even a simple sandwich can become a focal point of reality‑TV drama.
